Customer service is non-existent!

They were really quick to send order confirmation and take my money....then nothing for weeks. Emailed requesting an eta...nothing. Left a Voicemail on the number that came on my confirmation...no reply. Emailed to cancel order and get a refund...and still nothing. Bought this bag as a birthday gift for my son and we still have not received it...or a refund!! Deeply disappointed!

I ordered almost a month ago and received confirmation that my order was received. I have not received the item or any updates or tracking information. They do not respond to emails. I doubt I will ever receive this item. I see in these reviews that I’m not the only one. I’m fine with waiting but I need some communication/updates.

Do not order

Still have not received product. Have reached out by email with no response. Have searched with no success to find a customer service phone number. I understand things happen but an email to explain what’s going on or a way to contact my phone would go along way. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

Comfortable and holds discs well

Really like my new orange ripshot! Easy to put on and adjust to fit. Holds my favourite discs well. Doesn’t get in the way. No more placing my bulky bag on the wet grass.
