Scam

I ordered this in early December and when it didn’t come after 5 business days (the max expected shipping time) I wrote an email to Ripshot. After no response several days later, worried I wouldn’t get it in time for Christmas, I wrote again. And then I called the company and after getting hung up on the first time I called, I left a voicemail. I also DM’d them on Instagram. Nearly a month later, still no response. My credit card company is resolving the issue.

Where is my order?????

I placed an order on 12/15/2024 and emailed on 12/18/2024. I have not received a response to my email nor have I received my bag. You took my money, sent a text and never sent my product. So I dig a little deeper to find out, there is no phone number, no physical address, only an email. Yes, I should've checked this prior to purchasing, live and learn. At this point I feel like this company is a scam. Too bad too bc I would've loved the product.

I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!
