Disappointed

I ordered in early December, never recieved any emails confirming shipping. Its not Janurary, and I have recieved 0 communication on the several emails I have sent. I requested a refund as I still have not recieved my order. I went through a third party to actually get one. I ordered from the third party on Monday and recieved a shipping notification by Wedensday, recieving my order early the next week. Im not sure whats going on with this company but you need a new PR person.

I never received the item or a confirmation number or anything regarding the order other than you guys taking my payment. I tried to get a refund but was not successful in doing so. I’m sure it’s a great product but unfortunately I never received the two that I ordered
